261 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science if the charges for school transport will be waived for persons, details supplied, in County Leitrim; if a decision will be expedited; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [21386/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraIn December 2004, the school transport appeals board considered an appeal against my Department's decision not to approve free transport in this case. The board having considered the case was satisfied that the terms of the school transport scheme had been properly and appropriately applied and therefore the appeal was not allowed.
