132 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when he expects to receive a report from the interdepartmental high level group established to study the judgment of 26 April 2005 by the European Court of Justice in relation to waste disposal here; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I expect that the high-level group will complete its work within the timeframe designated for response to the European Commission, which is 1 September 2005, or within any further period which may be agreed with the Commission.
