301 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare is on emergency tax; if so, when the person’s tax affairs will be regularised; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22128/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraI have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer is on emergency tax as there is no record that Revenue was notified of the person's employment, either by the person himself or his employer. The position has now been clarified by Revenue and a certificate of tax credits issued, dated 24 June 2005. This will regularise his income tax affairs.
