Amharc ar fhreagraThe question of internal Garda disciplinary proceedings is a matter for the Garda Commissioner in accordance with Garda Síochána (Discipline) Regulations 1989. As to the specific case to which the Deputy refers, the Garda Commissioner has not been in a position to provide me with a report in the time available.
I will write to the Deputy following receipt of the Commissioner's report in the matter.
