745 Mr. O’Connor asked the Minister for Education and Science her plans to fund the management and maintenance of the new physical education hall at a school (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [22683/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe project being referred to by the Deputy is one of a number of dual use halls being funded as part of a joint programme to develop community sports facilities in drugs task force areas. Preliminary discussions have taken place with the other Departments which were part of this joint programme and also the relevant local authorities in respect of the management of the community aspect of these facilities. Each school authority will be kept advised of developments.
