562 Mr. Gogarty asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of prosecutions which have taken place for breaching the three tonne limit on Kennelsfort Road, Palmerstown, in 2005; the way in which this compares to the three previous years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
