Amharc ar fhreagraThe maximum height of vehicles, including commercial vehicles, is not regulated by law in Ireland at present. However, my Department has been examining the question of whether a statutory height limit is required. The examination included consideration of the submissions received from interested parties in response to public consultation on the subject. I am now considering the outcome of the Department's examination and intend to make a decision on the matter shortly.
