495 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a full and comprehensive reply will be received in relation to Questions Nos. 486 and 488 of 21 June 2005; the reason for the delay in furnishing same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [35500/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraOn the day in question I responded collectively to Questions Nos. 486 to 488, inclusive. Question No. 486 related to the details of the members of the Garda Síochána represented by the legal team for the Commissioner and the Garda Síochána at the Morris tribunal. A full and comprehensive list of the members so represented was given in my reply to that question.
In the response that day I promised to revert to the Deputy with details of payments made to members of the legal teams representing the Commissioner and the Garda Síochána, Question No. 487, and also the Department and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, Question No. 488. The information sought by the Deputy is set out in the following tables. This information has been updated to include any payments up to the end of October.
