Amharc ar fhreagraI can confirm that my Department has received the application referred to by the Deputy. My Department is considering the application with a view to requesting the National Council for Special Education, NCSE, to examine the matter further. The Deputy will be aware that the NCSE, which was established recently and which has been operational since 1 January 2005, is responsible for processing applications for special educational needs supports.
