233 Mr. Cuffe asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if he is satisfied with the Health and Safety Authority’s response to the fatal car accident that took place on the N59 at Murrivagh, County Mayo, on 22 December 2004 (details supplied). [39492/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraI understand that the chief executive officer of the Health and Safety Authority, HSA, had a meeting recently with the family and representatives of the person who was killed in the car accident. As a result of the meeting, the CEO has informed me that the HSA is carrying out a review of the circumstances of the accident. Any further action by the HSA will depend on the outcome of the review.
