456 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if the appointment of a new tenant liaison officer, with appropriate salary and conditions, has been approved for Carrick-on Suir-Town Council; the approval sought; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
