1347 Ms O. Mitchell asked the Minister for Education and Science if and when a decision will be made on a request to enter into a temporary letting agreement for the lands required for a school (details supplied) in Dublin 16. [1726/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraA request to enter into a temporary letting agreement for the lands to which the Deputy refers is under consideration in my Department. However, there is an issue surrounding title to the lands in question and my Department would have to be satisfied that this has been resolved before approval could be given for a letting agreement.
