307 Mr. McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children further to previous parliamentary questions in 2004, if the appropriate level of home help hours will be applied in the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8; if home aids will be supplied for the accommodation in view of the fact that this person is a stroke victim; if proper shower and bathroom facilities will be made available through a day care centre; if this person was approved for the mobility allowance; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, the Department has requested the parliamentary affairs division of the executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
