903 Mr. Boyle asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the regulations that apply to social economy scheme workers where their work responsibilities are outsourced; and if such workers have the right to bid for the provision of such services. [1176/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraContracts with community services programme social economy projects relate to the provision of specific services. There are no statutory regulations covering the programme in relation to the specific matter raised and I am not aware of any project where the outsourcing of work responsibilities is an issue. If the Deputy has details of any such project I will be happy to have the matter investigated by my Department.
