Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named established entitlements during the reference years. In 2005, he entered into a partnership with his son. In order to receive the entitlements, an application to transfer entitlements into both names as a result of a change in ownership of the herd number must be submitted. This application was not received in my Department.
An application form has now been sent out to the person named. When this form is returned, the entitlements can be transferred to the current registered owners and payment will issue.
