457 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a decision will be given to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 6 regarding their application for reunification of their family from Iran; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2765/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe refugee in question made an application for family reunification in respect of his mother and siblings. My Department has recently been in correspondence with him requesting further documentation in support of the application. On receipt of this documentation a decision will be made in this case.
