44 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the action he intends to take in view of recent lobbying on the part of a peace commissioner (details supplied) of elective representatives in an attempt to prevent the appointment of a public servant; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
