Breen asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, further to Question No. 1334 of 28 September 2005, the position regarding the Broadford sewerage scheme; and if his Department has received a submission of Clare County Council’s revised preliminary report for the scheme for approval; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Broadford sewerage scheme has been approved for funding in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2005-2007 under the rural towns and villages initiative.

My Department is awaiting submission of Clare County Council's revised preliminary report for the scheme for approval.
