Ceist:202 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the steps she will take to ensure that her Department is dealing with queries, which are outstanding and which are within the purview of the land division solicitor, who is dealing with Land Commission sales, and whereby queries have been raised by the Land Registry Office regarding the vesting of lands for a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath, in respect of which the necessary documents for the registration were lodged in the Land Registry Office on 17 December 1999 and have not been completed; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that this is impeding the person who purchased the land from the Land Commission as far back as 1991 in dealing with same; the steps she will take to have this matter finalised; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
