316 Mr. P. Breen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 1173 of 25 January 2006 if the Land Registry office will expedite an application for a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7408/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraI have requested the Land Registry to contact the Deputy directly concerning the current position of the application in question. I understand that, in circumstances where the completion of an application in a particular case is urgent, the Land Registry will make every reasonable effort to facilitate such requests on receipt of a written explanation as to the reason underlying the urgency.
