O’Keeffe asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the reason for the delay in the commencement of a further development stage of a project (details supplied) in County Cork; and if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the necessary capital funding was approved in 2004 and it has been suggested that this has been withdrawn by the Health Service Executive, southern area.
