16 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the freedom of information requests which have been received in his Department regarding the Thornton Hall Prison project; if they have been responded to; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9757/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraA total of ten freedom of information requests have been received by my Department regarding the Thornton Hall Prison project. Eight of these requests have been responded to. The remaining two requests were received by my Department yesterday and will be processed in accordance with the Act. One appeal request is currently being dealt with by my Department.
