583 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the status of the application for milk quota for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; when a decision will be made; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [10629/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraI understand that the person submitted an application to the milk quota tribunal in the current quota year, seeking an allocation of additional quota under the hardship category. He was successful in his application and received an allocation of 5,000 litres of additional milk quota from the national reserve, with effect from the 2005/2006 quota year and he has been notified accordingly.
