Ceist:428 Mr. Healy asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the procedure and processes in place for citizens, who do not qualify for free legal aid, to be appropriately represented in court cases in accordance with citizens constitutional entitlements where members of the legal profession refuse to represent them; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
