Ceist:166 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 721 of 25 April 2006 and response thereto, if he will reply to the points raised as to whether or not he is personally aware of the situation in Nigeria, the homeland of the person concerned; if his further attention has been drawn to international, including EU and UN opinion as to the situation there; if bearing in mind the opinion of his colleague, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, regarding the situation there, he is satisfied that there is no threat to life or well being of the persons concerned (details supplied) in the event of returning them to their homeland; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
