89 Ms McManus asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the Health Service Executive is using a two tier rate of refund payment to cover the cost of electricity used to run the oxygen concentrators; if the Health Service Executive are using a directive drafted 4 July 1980 to establish the maximum rates of refund payable to cover the cost of electricity used to run the oxygen concentrators (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
