222 Mr. English asked the Minister for Finance if he will make a deed of waiver in favour of Fingal County Council with regard to a derelict site between Pinebrook Vale and the Hartstown Distributor Road, Dublin 15. [18000/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland have contacted Fingal County Council regarding the property in question. Correspondence submitted by that body on 24th April 2006 appears to have been lost in transit. On receipt of a copy of same, the matter will be processed in the normal manner.
