Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of cars impounded for breaching road traffic regulations each year from 2002 to date in 2006; the breakdown of the number of cars which were domestic registered and those which were foreign registered; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
