Paul Kehoe

Ceist:

70 Mr. Kehoe asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) will be called to the Rehab in Dún Laoghaire; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that they are waiting almost four months for admission following a very serious car accident; if her attention has further been drawn to the fact that they are receiving no rehabilitation at home; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services for people with disabilities, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
