103 Mr. O’Connor asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the estimated cost of building a new mental hospital in north Dublin; the funds likely to be raised by the sale of the lands of the Central Mental Hospital, Dundrum; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [21445/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. This includes responsibility for considering new capital proposals or progressing those in the health capital programme. Accordingly, my Department is requesting the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
