Ceist:193 Mr. Wall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the position on an application for funding from her Department or the Health Service Executive in regard to the running costs of a group (details supplied) in Dublin 7 in order that they can provide a full 100 percent service to those in need of the service and not as at present where two out of every five calls are not answered due to lack of funding; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
