166 Ms O’Sullivan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if outstanding matters have been resolved to transfer the payment of costs incurred in treating public patients at the Mid-Western Radiation Oncology Centre from the Mid-Western Hospitals Development Trust to the Health Service Executive; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal, social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, my Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to respond directly to the Deputy in relation to the matter raised.
