243 Mr. G. Murphy asked the Minister for Finance his views on the proposed re-locating of Teagasc headquarters in Kanturk County Cork and closing the office in the James O’Keeffe Institute in Newmarket in view of the decentralisation programme. [22727/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraTeagasc is an agency under the aegis of the Department of Agriculture and Food. This relocation of Teagasc to Kanturk is not part of the Decentralisation Programme as announced in December 2003. I have asked my colleague, the Minister for Agriculture and Food, to respond to the Deputy directly.
