Ceist:601 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the dates of correspondence between An Garda Síochána and the Department of Education from 1992 to date in 2006 regarding the investigation of concerns of possible child abuse in a children’s detention centre (details supplied); the circumstances under which such correspondence arose; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
