1460 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when approval will be given to proceed with a tender under a serviced land initiative for the provision of a sewerage scheme (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraGowran Sewerage Scheme is included in my Department's Water Services Investment Programme 2005-2007 as a scheme under the Serviced Land Initiative. Further consideration will be given to the Contract Documents submitted by Kilkenny County Council for this scheme on receipt of the additional information requested by my Department.
