Amharc ar fhreagraI am informed by the Garda authorities that an allegation was made in the context of a civil dispute between the person referred to and Irish Rail. A complaint, alleging assault at Connolly Station, was investigated by Gardaí. The Law Officers directed no prosecution due to insufficient corroborative evidence to support the allegation.
