314 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to the position in relation to an application for naturalisation in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29115/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraI informed the Deputy in my response to Parliamentary Question Number 220 on 2 March 2006 that it was likely that the application on behalf of the person concerned will be finalised in or around the end of this year. That is still the position. I will inform the Deputy and the person in question when I have reached a decision in the matter.
