754 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Health and Children further to Parliamentary Question No. 202 of 13 June 2006, when she plans to introduce the first pharmacy Bill in Dáil Éireann; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [29450/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Heads and General Scheme of a new Pharmacy Bill have been approved by Cabinet and are currently with the Parliamentary Council's Office for formal drafting of the legislation. It is my intention, subject to Cabinet approval, that the new Pharmacy Bill will be published and submitted to the Oireachtas in the Autumn.
