Amharc ar fhreagraDirective 2003/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 June 2003 on occurrence reporting in civil aviation includes an option for Member States to develop a confidential reporting system. Preparation of the Statutory Instrument to transpose this Directive into Irish law is well advanced.
