Amharc ar fhreagraAs the Deputy will be aware, the Taoiseach and I met representatives of the Stardust Victims Committee on 18 September. The purpose of the meeting was to hear from the Committee regarding the detailed submission made by them during the summer, in which they set out their case for a new public inquiry into the tragedy. We emphasised that we did not wish to finalise our thinking on this issue until we had heard at the meeting from the families in person and that a formal response would issue once their submissions, both written and verbal, had received detailed examination and consideration.
