297 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Health and Children the directive she has issued to the north-western area of the Health Service Executive with regard to the payment of fees demanded for the air ambulance services from Strandhill, County Sligo; the agreement which was put in place when the service was privatised; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I have not issued a directive to the Health Service Executive in relation to the payment of fees for air ambulance services for County Sligo. My Department has requested the parliamentary affairs division of the executive to investigate the other issues raised and to reply directly to the Deputy.
