534 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Education and Science if there are outstanding legal issues to be resolved with regard to the purchase of a site for a school (details supplied) in County Meath; if so, the issues in relation to same; his plans to resolve the matter; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Contract documentation for the acquisition of the site for the school in question is currently with the Chief State Solicitor Office. The matter of the transfer of the legal title is currently being examined by the Chief State Solicitor Office.
