Ceist:188 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) was kept sitting in a chair in the accident and emergency section of the Mater Public Hospital, Dublin, on Monday 16 October, 2006, from 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. the following morning; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that this person was in the company of people who obviously were under the influence of alcohol; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
