38 Mr. O’Shea asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to a complaint made to the EU Commission regarding the transposition of the WEEE Directive 2002.96/EC into Irish Law; if he has received communication from the Commission regarding the complaint; the content of such communication; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
