Amharc ar fhreagraThere were a significant number of applications received under the Biofuels Mineral Oil Tax Relief Scheme II. All applications received by the closing date for the scheme are currently being assessed by an assessment panel set up by my Department. Following the assessment process recommendations will be made to the Minister for Finance in line with Section 81 of the Finance Act 2006.
