Murphy asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he knows the number of housing estates, as distinct from apartment developments, for which a condition of planning permission was imposed by the relevant local authority to establish a management company for maintenance of the common areas and services; if so, the number in each local authority area; if not, if he will seek such information; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
