Ceist:180 Ms Enright asked the Minister for Education and Science if she will review a parliamentary question (details supplied) in which she states that the person is not attending their nearest suitable school and may apply for school transport on a concessionary basis in the normal way; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that this person is attending a special language class at a school which is the nearest school available to them and which is a placement offered by the Health Service Executive and if the reply submitted by her is pertaining to the original parliamentary question; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
