173 Mr. Morgan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the concerns raised by the Irish Wheelchair Association and Disability Federation of Ireland on the Building Control Bill 2005 with specific reference to the amendments they have proposed on the Bill; if he will take these amendments into account and incorporate their recommendations during report stage of the Bill; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
