Breen asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the way he can claim not to have anything to do with the location of mobile phone masts in view of the fact that An Bord Pleanála in granting planning permission for the erection of telecommunication masts has stated that not to do so would be in contravention of Government telecommunication strategy; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
