Ryan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the amount of expenditure on outsourcing by her Department in 2003, 2004 and 2005; the numbers of outsourcing contracts initiated by her Department in these years; and the steps which have been taken to reduce the expenditure on outsourcing and the reliance on outsourcing by her Department in these years and for the future.
